The interior ideas and the apartment itself belong to Hong Li – graphic designer from Singapore. It is a two-storey apartment with total area of ​​260 sq.m. Each floor is 130 square meters. On top are two bedrooms and a bottom – living room, closet and cusine. To make more space for living, the owner decided to create a kitchen that is part of living. On one side of the oven is placed drawing table and built-in cupboards. The space under the stairs has been converted into a study. For this purpose, and semi-desk with drawers and sliding drawer for storing printer and fax machine.
The main color is black, which gives a sense of cozy boutique hotel. One of the walls in the living room is decorated with frames – gold, black and white. They are hung on nails and can be moved. In this little house has a chandelier, and even their pictures on the bedroom door. It features a ceiling decorations, such as are found in castles. All curtains are sewn in the private apartments of the designer.

This project, called Valentin, object lesson is to maximize the living area through a combination of design and engineering solutions. ECDM French company had the task to transform the studio of an artist in a small but fully functional apartment. The premise is 50 meters² and has two levels.
