White penthouse

Monday, August 22nd, 2011

White penthouse designTo become an attic of 60 square meters habitable apartment is a very difficult task. Not for the Spanish architect Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez, which creates an incredible home in white. The white spaces with black accent create a sense of depth and curved walls and roof give this small space rather broad and this modern look. Many designers have used appropriate white curtains that separate the spaces. Although white is the basic design, the shadows of places soften every edge.
The terrace becomes part of the apartment itself, as it is partially enclosed and as you will see below it has a large comfortable bed for relaxation of clean air. And the plants throughout the apartment reinforce a sense of connection with nature. This white penthouse is not only completely different from the traditional idea of how a small loft should look like, it is an achievement of modern fashion design.
