This project, called Valentin, object lesson is to maximize the living area through a combination of design and engineering solutions. ECDM French company had the task to transform the studio of an artist in a small but fully functional apartment. The premise is 50 meters² and has two levels. The most characteristic part of the house is the bedroom that looks like a lump of sugar, at least in my opinion. The client had a serious prima facie requirement in flatlet to fit and bedroom.
