The house, which we offer to you attention today is one beautiful house in the suburbs of Varna, Bulgaria. The house is situated on 500 meters from the sea, in calm neighborhood with beautiful vacation villas and luxury properties, which may impress all of you from the first sight. The house is having living area of 150 square meters and one-storey. The villa is perfect for holiday, but also it is perfect for living there in the summer and winter. The house has large yard of 1500 square meters filled with nice ray-grace and large trees. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room with kitchen box. Outside there is summer berbeque, which offers places for more than 10 persons. The barbeque has patio heater, which will make this proper not only for the summer, but also for spring, autumn and why not for winter. The house is light, having large windows, but the facade is looking to the garden and it is not visible for outside persons. Really great property for vacation and living. The interior is really luxury. All around is filled with wooden and leather furniture and the laminated floor is giving a sense of calmness. In the living room there is beautiful fireplace, which will warm you in the cold winter nights and days.
