Business OfficeSome time ago by Businessweek aimed for to research the topic – are there common office? It turned out that they and not one. The place is America. The first example is the central office of the American company Alcoa, where each employee will have personal space with a diameter of 3 m, and offices are located as close to huge windows where natural light enters and sunshine. The interior is designed so that the entrance of each floor has its own kitchen, where staff gather at a cafe and talk. Are also provided sufficient storage sites and documents that people usually carry with them. In addition to Alcoa building using elevators and escalators and air conditioning and air is constantly filtered. Perhaps an office environment is the foundation of success – in 1987 the company’s annual profit is 1,5 billion dollars, while in 2000 is estimated on 23 billion dollars. Another belongs to the ideal office SEI Investments Company based in the small town American Oaks, Oklahoma. Its activity is related to bank transfers and investments.

And I, and others who have written about it, call it an office in the woods, but apparently no one delve into Google Maps. The office is actually located a few meters from the street in a residential neighborhood in Madrid. I just got a lot of greenery around and it seems that the building is in the middle of forest. It’s very nice that retained vegetation around. No parking, no road, no concrete. And it has a wooden path on which employees can reach their jobs on foot or by bicycle. The trail passes into the stairs and dug into the ground on which to enter the building. Entrance was a small part of the rear wall and floor in the middle of the building. So do not infringe too much pipe structure. A building is actually just that – a Trabi.
